With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Cleveland Corey of Jamestown, North Carolina, who passed away on June 27, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Benjamin Corey (Bob) and Ollie May Corey; and his siblings, Melrose Anderson (Andy) and John Corey (Charlotte). He is survived by: his wife Peggy O'Steen; his children, Teri Corey Gregory (Jeff) and Rob Corey (Jeannie); his grandchildren, Megan Dagenhart, Parker Corey (Alec Cobb), Lauren Gregory (Alec Peters), Will Corey and Riley Anne Corey; and his great grandchildren, Mia, Dalton and Layla. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
The family asks that any donations be made to the Hamil-Kerr Challenge (Supporting Parkinson's Patients) in honor of his Peggy and in care of Jamestown Presbyterian, 1804 Guilford College Road, Jamestown, NC 27282.
