He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Pullease and Jo Pullease; his brother Don Pullease; and his nephew Nicholas McComb. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his stepchildren, John Slaughter (Jessica) and Laura Slaughter; his sister Geri McComb (John McComb); his grandchildren, Jacob Slaughter and Summer Rae Slaughter; and his niece Jessica Hasty (Phil).
