She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Hayworth (Douglas) of Jamestown, Peggy Leyden (Dennis) of Greensboro and Janet Phillips (Gregory) of East Aurora, NY; her sister Carmel Guarino of North Haven, CT; her grandchildren, Benjamin Leyden (Helen Chandler), Sarah Privott (Cameron), Megan Hayworth (Leonardo Merza), Emily, Jessica and Hannah Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Thomas, Charlotte Leyden, Sophia Merza and Patrick Privott.
