He was predeceased by : his mother Mary Thomas Walker; his wife Connie; and his brother Charlie Baker. He is survived by : his stepfather Paul Walker; his children, Tom Baker, Jr. (Bren) of Jamestown and Ann Baker Smith (Lee) of Greensboro; and his grandchildren, Brantley Baker, Meredith Wilson, Trey Smith (Nadia) and Lee-Ann McGinnis (Jeff). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
