He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Greeson and Elizabeth Anthony Greeson; the mothers of children, Annie Roach Greeson and Elaine Neal Greeson; and his siblings, Dorothy Boggs, Sarah Newland, Charlie Shot Greeson, Gayle Greeson, Pete Greeson and Ed Greeson.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Neal Greeson; his children, Russell Greeson Jeff Greeson (Elizabeth) and Christy Martin (Scott); his granddaughter Rachel Carter (Ben); his great grandchildren, Eloise, Lucy and Ruth Ann; and his siblings, Virginia Poe, Scott Greeson (Nina) and Jerry Greeson.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel (1030 S Main St, Graham, NC 27253).
