He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Hardison Hill of Jamesville, NC; his children, Melanie Hill Cooper (Tim) of Chesapeake, VA, Holly Rebekah Thornton of Williamston, NC, Norman Scott Hill (Lauren) of Gulfport, MS, Tyler Mark Clifton (Dale) of Jamesville, NC and Bobby Steven Clifton of Wilmington, NC; his brothers, Jack Bates (Lola) of Greenville, NC and Willie Hill (Cathy) of Greenville, NC; and his grandchildren, Jackson Cooper, Tristen Hill, Harper Hill, Judah Hill, Chloe Clifton, Chase Clifton and Connor Clifton.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Maitland Funeral Home (306 Latham Ave, Plymouth, NC 27962).
