We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2025, at the age of 68, Betty Royall Dollar of Jefferson, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Alonzo and Velma Osborne Royall; and her brothers, Ray Dean Shatley, Robert Royall, Glenn Royall and Carl Shatley (Rickey Lynn Dollar).
She is survived by: her children, Matt Williams (Carla) of West Jefferson and Nikki Dollar (Ryan Neale) of Jefferson; her grandchildren, Evan Williams and Callie Williams; and her siblings, Sarah Severt (Eddie) of West Jefferson, Mary Johnson of Laurel Springs, Lib Walton (Bill) of Crumpler, Larry Shatley (Louise) of Sparta, David Royall (Tabatha) of West Jefferson, Gene Royal (Butchie) of West Jefferson and Victor Royal (Barbara) of West Jefferson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
