He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Batchelor and Mildred Batchelor. He is survived by: his wife Hope Odom Batchelor of Chinquapin; and his brothers, Rex Allen Batchelor of Beulaville and Timmy Batchelor of Goldsboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
