He is survived by: his wife Mae Roark; his children, Greg Roark (Julie) of Clemmons, Angela Reins (Clinton) of Wilkesboro and Tabitha Lovell (Roger) of North Wilkesboro; his grandchildren, Jessica Greer, Beth Whitley, Brooklyn Reins, Hailey Johnson, Hannah Fox, Caitlin Triplett, Zach Lovell, Dakota Roark, Taylor Ellison and Austin Ellison; his great grandchildren, Jillian, Josie, Jayla, Juliette Greer, Rayleigh Whitley, Elijah Patrick, Knox, Avett, Georgie Johnson, Aurora, Aspen Fox, Gracelynn, Violet and Samuel Triplett; and his siblings, Kathy Atkinson (Jerry) of Raleigh, Ronnie Roark (Marianne) of Tennessee, Ricky Roark (Judy) of Ashe County, Richard Roark of Raleigh and Kay Faircloth (Randy) of Ashe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to. His Light Ministries, Hope Ministries, or The Mission Foundation in honor of George's life and legacy of faith, service, and generosity.
