She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Jim" Herman Kemp and June Roten Kemp. She is survived by: her brother Jerry Kemp (Geneva) of West Jefferson; her nephews, Joe Kemp (Jennifer) of Boone and Jerry Kemp (Crystal) of West Jefferson; and her niece Jennifer Hess (Dusty) of West Jefferson.
