He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Estel Billings; his stepfather Carl Dean Bare; and his brother Danny Estel Billings. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ellen Watson Bare of Jefferson; his brother Adam Billings (Angie) of Jefferson; his nieces, Deanna Billings, Ashley Billings, April Billings, Hailey Billings and Marissa Billings (Tyler Jones); and his nephew Justin Billings. He is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews and one great great nephew.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ashelawn Memorial Chapel (3470 U. S. Hwy 221 N, Crumpler, NC 28617). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
