He is survived by: his mother Mary Ellen Watson Bare of Jefferson; his brother Adam Billings (Angie) of Jefferson; and his sibling's children, Deanna Billings, Ashley Billings, April Billings, Hailey Billings, Marissa Billings (Tyler Jones) and Justin Billings. He is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews and one great great nephew.
