She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Elmer Casteel and Ruby Casteel; her husband Kenneth Harper; and her siblings, Fred Casteel, Levaughn Casteel, Harold "Turk" Casteel, Phillip Casteel, Buck Casteel, Bill Casteel, Lynn Casteel, Jim Casteel, Liz Arwood and Barbara Boyd.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Schadewald (BJ), Candi Buchanan (Aaron) and Amy Caviness (Patrick); her grandchildren, Christopher David Huskins, Nathaniel Cole Huskins, Mahala Elisabeth Caviness, Nola June Browning, Elizabeth James Browning, Kalissa Jade Browning, Melody Casas and Archibald Webb; her siblings-in-law, Anita Souder, Steve Casteel (Bev) and Dave Casteel (Ann); her in-laws, Regina Casteel and Doyle Arwood; and her close friend Charlotte Johnson (Clyde). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
