He was predeceased by: his parents, James Holbrook and Elsie Holbrook. He is survived by: his wife Mary Walters Holbrook; his daughter Amy Alley (Ronnie) of Thurmond; his grandchildren, Dustin Hege (Kendra) of Elkin, Amanda Burton (David) of Elkin, Travis Myers (Mikayla) of Elkin and Brittany Myers of Jonesville; his great grandchildren, Gabe, Addie Belle, Ava, Layla, Lily, Alaina, Maddox and Jaxon; his great great grandchild Oakley; and his sisters-in-law, Pat Trexler of Elkin and Lucille Holbrook of Thurmond.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home (615 W Main St, Elkin, NC 28621). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
