She was predeceased by: her parents, Worth Fields and Willard Davis Fields; her husband Ernest Weldon Hinshaw; and her siblings, Mary Cook and Charles W. Fields.
She is survived by: her children, Weldon Hinshaw (Tami), Mike Hinshaw (Michelle), Cindy Hudson (Ray) and Sam Hinshaw. She is also survived by grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
