He was predeceased by: his parents, Newell Vance Coble and Ruby O'Briant Coble Smith. He is survived by: his wife Betty Walden Coble; and his siblings, Kathy Greeson (Dean), Geraldine Layton and Richard Coble (Lorraine).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Loflin Funeral Home Chapel (212 W Swannanoa Ave, Liberty, NC 27298). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
