She was predeceased by : her parents, Frankie Tarlton Jordan and Claude Thomas Henry; and her brothers, Mitchell and Michael Henry. She is survived by : her children, Misty Lackey (Damien) and Dustin Moore of Kannapolis; and her brother Thomas Henry (Penny) of South Carolina. She is also survived by three grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lady's Funeral Home, 268 N. Cannon Boulevard, Kannapolis, NC 28083 to assist the family with arrangements.
