She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Grant and Levarna Houston Grant. She is survived by: her children, Lakie Karriem Grant and Mzuri (Grant); and her siblings, Debra Whiting (Harold) of Kannapolis and Robert Grant (Deborah) of Gastonia, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
