She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy Taft Starnes and Carrie Mae Hartsell Starnes; her husband Charles Ray Dunlap; and her grandson Zachary Tyler Dunlap. She is survived by: her sons, Charles Wayne Dunlap (Stephanie) of Conway, SC, Gary Lynn Dunlap (Angy) of Charlotte and Ricky Dale Dunlap (Tina) of China Grove; and her grandchildren, Cody, Matthew, Holly and Jordan. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
