She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Webster Scarboro and Lissie Jane Campbell Scarboro; her husband Joel Aaron Cromer; and her son-in-law Tim Gordon. She is survived by: her daughter Regina Gordon; her grandchildren, Amber Thomas (Bryan) and Chris Gordon (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Allison Gordon, Bryleigh Gordon, Teagan Gordon, Cole Thomas and Easton Thomas.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Whitley's Funeral Home (1748 Dale Earnhardt Blvd, Kannapolis, NC 28083). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Carolina Memorial Park (601 Mt Olivet Rd, Concord, NC 28025).
