She is survived by: her sons, Dale Crook (Crystal) and Phillip Crook (Tamula); her brothers, John and Larry Smith; her grandchildren, Brittany Crook, Glenn Beckham and Jennifer Beckham; and her great grandchildren, Talia, Tristan Cowan and Landyn Crook.
