She was predeceased by: her parents, Prudencio Fuentes and Juana Murillo Fuentes. She is survived by: her husband Jorge A. Rivera Sr.; her sons, Jorge A. Rivera, Jr. and Juan Carlos Rivera; and her siblings, Adolfo A. Fuente, Agueda Fuentes of Avila, Virginia Fuentes Ramirez and Adela Fuentes Chirinos.
