He is survived by: his sons, Chad (Amber) and Lonnie; his grandchildren, Jason Dease, Kayla Dease, Bailey Dease and Kai Dease; his great grandchildren, Christopher, Jaxon, Lilyanna and Walter; and his siblings, Luke Jr., Pat (David), Pam (Tommy), Polly (Mike) and Brenda (Ed). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
