He was predeceased by : his parents, O. C. Brooks and Gladys Brooks of Kannapolis; and his brothers, J. L. and Guy. He is survived by : his wife Kathryn; his daughters, Robin Little (Tracy) of Kannapolis, Ginger Glenn (Doug) of Kannapolis and Lanas Calloway (Joe) of China Grove; his grandchildren, Brooks Little (Kara), Jenna Little (Travis), Brandon Glenn (Shannon) and Amanda Glenn; and his great grandchildren, Brayden Little, Holden Wilkinson, Makayla Wilkinson, Alexis Davis, Riley Glenn, Brody Glenn and Lily Glenn.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Parkwood Baptist Church (1069 Central Dr NW, Concord, NC 28027). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
