He is survived by: his wife Mary Stiller Walker; his son Terry Wayne Simpson (Jo Ann) of Asheville; his brother Keith Walker of Washington, DC; and his grandchildren, Kevin Simpson, Tamara Overman and Teresa Simpson. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
