The memory of James Thomas Rorie of Kannapolis, North Carolina, born in Monroe, North Carolina, who passed away on April 25, 2024 at the age of 73, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Rorie and Patsy Rorie; and his brother Dennis Rorie. He is survived by : his wife Tammy Rorie.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bethel Wesleyan Church (4036 Old Salisbury-Concord Rd, Kannapolis, NC 28083). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Salisbury National Cemetery (501 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC 28144).
