He is survived by: his wife Michelle Carpenter; his children, Jeffrey Brown Carpenter II (Jada), Carrie Wilson, Kasey Hinson (Cody), Jennifer Wood (Matt), Bryson Deaton (Tori) and Weston Carpenter; his grandchildren, Richard, Antalya Carpenter, Khloe, Lila White, Jaydyn Beaver, Norah and Margo Deaton; and his siblings, Ralph Carpenter, Crystal Lear and Angel Carpenter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
