It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of June Elsie Tilley of Kannapolis, North Carolina, who passed away on February 3, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Clyde Smith. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Upright (John) and Tony Tilley (Vickie); her sister Peggy Wilson; and her grandsons, Gary "Tomy" Broome (Melissa), Brian Overcash (Renae), Luke Upright (Danielle) and Sean Upright (Denique). She is also survived by her five great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
