He is survived by: his sons, Kendall D. Blackwelder of Kannapolis and Chad R. Blackwelder (Becky) of Cumming, GA; his granddaughter Harley Cook of Flowery Branch, GA; and his great grandchildren, Alaina and Johanna Cook of Flowery Branch, GA.
