She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Patterson and Carrie Sloop Patterson; her husband Bachman Brown; and her siblings, Hubert Patterson (Kathleen), Leonard Patterson (Mary) and Ollie McKnight.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Brown and Sarah Fishback (Vance); her grandchildren, Jacob Brown, Carter Fishback (Rachel), Jack Fishback and Lawson Fishback; her great grandchild Riley Fishback; and her siblings, Alice Bittenger and Emmett Patterson (Emily).
