Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Patsy leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Clowney and Johnnie Mae Clowney; her former husband Samuel Lee Cruse; her daughter Emma Lavon Cruse; and her husband Michael E. Bloom.
She is survived by: her children, Everett "Donnie" Cruse, Cory Cruse (Melinda), Dr. Johni "Le'Ray" Cruse Craig and Crystal Cruse. She is also survived by Her family expanded to include ten grandchildren, thirteen great‑grandchildren, cherished nieces and nephews.
