He is survived by: his daughter Shalenta Hinton (Larry Jr.) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Amari Alston of Charlotte, NC and Larry Hinton, III of Chalotte, NC; his great grandchild Jream Alston of Charlotte, NC; his siblings, Matthew Lawrence of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Ethel Williams of Rocky Mount, NC, Estella Alston of Goldsboro, NC, Judy Taylor of Four Oaks, NC and Lottie Burnette of Washington, DC; his grandchild Jahlia Johnson of Charlotte, NC; and his nieces, Tia Jones of Goldsboro, NC, Idella Hughes of Manasses, VA and Emma Arrington of Newport News, VA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
