She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmie Geddings Carter and Gladys Roof Carter. She is survived by: her husband Allen; her children, Amy (Gaby Johnsen) and Scott (Melissa); and her sister Mary Simmons (George). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
