He is survived by: his wife Doris Upright Driggers; his children, Raymond Nobel of Florida and Deborah Rush of Gulfport, MS; his stepsons, Ronnie Milam of Kannapolis, Eric Milam of Kannapolis and Mike Milam of Mooresville; and his sisters, Anne Lafon of Norfolk, VA and Patricia Mucheon of Wichita, Kansas. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
