He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Boone Waggoner and Pansy Sims Waggoner; his siblings, Jean Waggoner and Adelaide Waggoner Pall; and his nephew Cary Pall.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rakonza Waggoner; his sons, Mark Waggoner (Sue), Scott Waggoner (Ingrid) and Darrin Waggoner (Amy); his grandchildren, Erin, Brian, Laura, Taylor, Brooke, Cole, Allison, Kaitlyn and Branden; and his great grandchildren, Breelyn, Koralie, Lilah, Adyline, Blakely and Haidyn.
