He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrell Tokyo Wagoner and Pearl Gordon Wagoner; and his nephew Foy Lynn Barbee. He is survived by: his wife Judy Hines Wagoner; his daughters, Kimberly Wagoner Lear Lawson (Stan), Sherry Wagoner Ketner (Fred) and Gina Wagoner Garver (Michael); his grandchildren, Tristan Robert Lear, Joshua Wayne Lear, Zachary Wayne Ketner, Jordan Alexander Ketner, Haley Kathleen Garver and Mitchell Wayne Garver; his great grandchildren, Hudson, Palmer, Eden, Parker, Hadley, Quinn, Ronin Otto, Tessa and Lando; and his sister Mildred Barbee. He is also survived by nieces, great-nieces, great-nephews, in-laws, family and friends.
