He is survived by: his mother Mary Armstead Cook of Harrisburg, NC; his wife Anita Cook; his children, Ashley Coleman of District Heights, MD, Jordan Cook of Charlotte, NC and William A. Cook, Jr. of Wake; his grandsons, Tristen-Michael Coleman and Shiloh Michael Tucker; and his sisters, Nicole A. Cook of Mooresville, NC and Leslie Cook of Baltimore, MD.
