He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Royster and Brodie Royster; and his wife Faye. He is survived by: his siblings, Lacy, James, John Franklin, George, Annie Rivers and Nannie Mae (Waddell); his extended family William; his children, William of Kannapolis, NC and Cynthia Childers (David) of Concord, NC; and his grandsons, Thomas Joseph of Shelby, NC, Jaden Childers of Concord, NC., Caleb Childers of Concord, NC. and Kameron Childers of Concord, NC.. He is also survived by his siblings, nieces, and nephews and was there.
