She is survived by: her children, Janice Williams (Archie) of Riegelwood, Sheryl Newkirk of Dale City, VA, Charlene White of Goldsboro, Michael Simmons (Lois) of Ivanhoe, James Newkirk of Culpepper, VA and Curtis Newkirk of Elizabethtown. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church (1320 Natmore Rd, Kelly, NC 28448). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
