It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ricky Rooks (Kelly, North Carolina), born in Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on April 22, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James Ray and Lucille Barnhill Rooks. He is survived by : his wife Sandy; his daughters, Ashley Rooks Milam (Justin) of Burgaw and Tammy Rowe Wells (Keith) of Currie; his grandchildren, Sophie, Jude Milam, Gracey and Braxton Wells; and his siblings, Gayle Klutz (Richard) of Leland, June Rooks of Kelly, Darrell Rooks (Wanda) of Greenwood, SC and Charles "Bullet" Rooks of Kelly.
