He was predeceased by : his parents, James Ransome Crocker and Lelia Stancil Crocker; his grandchild Sailor Byrd; and his brother Elmer Crocker. He is survived by : his wife Betty Crocker of Kenly; his children, Angie Clark (Andy Carter) of Kenly, Jeff Crocker (Renee) of Kenly and David Crocker (Crystal) of Kenly; his grandchildren, Cristin Hardie, Amber Williams, Kendra Byrd, Chase Crocker and Hayley Walston; and his great grandchildren, Tanner Hussey, Jayce Hardie and Landry Byrd. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, sister-in-law.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kenly Funeral & Cremation Service (103 E 2nd St, Kenly, NC 27542). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
