He was predeceased by: his parents, Guvon Bass and Nannie Bridgers Bass; his wife Judy Stone Bass; and his siblings, Joan Langley, Alfred Bass, Lonnie Bass and J. E. Bass.
He is survived by: his sister Carol Avera; and his sister-in-law Shyrell Crocker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kenly Funeral & Cremation Service (103 E 2nd St, Kenly, NC 27542). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Ronald's honor to, Center Ridge Presbyterian Church, 2712 Glendale Rd, Kenly, NC 27542.
