Sharon Diane Davis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Diane Davis of Kenly, North Carolina, who passed away on May 18, 2026, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Calton Stanley and Mary Wheeler Stanley; her son Durwood Dale Davis; her siblings, Faye Stanley, Sue Higgins, Durwood Dale Stanley and Jimmy Dean Stanley; and her brother-in-law Jimmy Earp.
She is survived by: her husband Aaron Eugene Davis; her son Tony Davis (Jennifer) of Selma; her siblings, Danny Stanley (Cindy) of Princeton and Kay Earp of Pine Level; and her granddaughter April Edmundson (Austin).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Casey Funeral Home and Cremations (105 E 1st St, Princeton, NC 27569). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest contributions be made the Special Olympics Johnston County.
