He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Elwood Raper and Gladys Overman Raper. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Brown Raper; his brother Richard A. Raper (Alice); his uncle Curtis Overman; his aunt Joyce Overman; his daughters, Christy Flowers Gachuz (German) and April Flowers Bolet (Oliver); and his grandchildren, Victoria Rae Ramos, Zachary, Olivia Gachuz Watson, Brandon, Tino Jacob Ramos, Gaby, Alicia Rae Gachuz, Christian Ray Gachuz, Henry Lucas Ramos and Guillermo Bolet. He is also survived by family and the many special friends.
