It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian Michael Cofer of Kernersville, North Carolina, who passed away on December 31, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Larry Wayne Cofer; and his grandparents, Howard, Jackie Walton and Alma Fulp. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Walton Copple (Ernest); his wife Pamela Vanhoy Cofer; his son Ben Richardson (Shanna); his sister Amy Cofer Friddle (Greg Hardy); his mother-in-law Agnes Vanhoy; his sisters-in-law, Lora Clark (Gary) and Carla Blackburn (Mike); his nieces, Hannah Friddle Burris (Chad), Logan Friddle and Peyton Friddle; his aunts, Kay Gordon (Tom) and Sue Madden; and his half-brothers, Brent and Scott Holshouser. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and -nephews and cousins.
Brian was a regular contributor to Trellis Supportive Care and the American Heart Association. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to these organizations in his name.
