Charles Graffeo Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Graffeo of Kernersville, North Carolina, who passed away on August 17, 2025, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Graffeo and Rose Graffeo. He is survived by: his wife Phuong Anh Thi Nguyen; his children, Erica Mai Graffeo, Bo Anthony Graffeo (Gabriella) and Charles Isaias Graffeo (Heather); his stepdaughter Michelle Linh Hoang; his grandchildren, Brooke Taylor Graffeo, Alexa Grace Graffeo, Mia Rose Graffeo and Charles Joseph Graffeo; and his siblings, William Graffeo (Mary) and Grace Graffeo (Terry).
