He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sapp and Ollie Hastings Sapp; and his brother David Sapp. He is survived by: his wife Janet Sapp; his sons, Tim Sapp (Amanda) and Scott Sapp (Elaine); his grandchildren, Amy Holcomb (Jacob), Taylor Sapp (Taylor), Elizabeth Sapp and Jonathan Sapp; and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Grayson and Kensington. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
