He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Clodfelter; his children, Lisa Hedgecock (Dwayne) and Jeffrey Wayne Proctor; his grandchildren, Montgomery Elizabeth Hedgecock and Landon Wilkins Hedgecock; his sister Vicki P. Bell; and his siblings-in-law, Ann, Bob King, Barbara S. Clodfelter and Gail Proctor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
