He was predeceased by: his parents, Jo Ann Eudy and Harold Eugene Eudy. He is survived by: his daughters, Hannah and Taylor Eudy; his grandson Bennett Barricks; his brothers, Gene and Donald Eudy; and his siblings' children, Zack, Scotty Eudy and Sid Eudy.
