He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gaynell Shelton and Dave Atkins; and his uncles, Keith Atkins and Mike Shelton. He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Atkins and Lisa Shelton Atkins; his wife Kayla Atkins; his children, Hayden Bogardus, Cali Watson, Kynsley Atkins and Kash Atkins; his brother Shane Atkins (Kayla); his nephews, Abel Atkins and Ezra Atkins; his niece Everleigh Atkins; and his grandparents, Cecil Shelton and Leona Atkins. He is also survived by other extended family, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kernersville Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (3950 Macy Grove Rd, Kernersville, NC 27284). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Triad Baptist Church (1175 S Main St, Kernersville, NC 27284).
