He was predeceased by: his wife Carlene Baity; his parents, Julian Baity and Zeola Barnes; and his sister Joyce. He is survived by: his son T. C. Baity (Lindsey); his grandchildren, T. J. and Aubrey Baity; and his sister Judy Moore.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Abbots Creek Missionary Baptist Church (2817 Abbotts Creek Church Rd, High Point, NC 27265). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
